Are you embracing the qualities for a life of freedom?

I have come to understand that the three main ingredients necessary to alchemize a life of struggles into a life of fulfillment and freedom are: 1) inner strength, 2) inner peace, and 3) compassion for self and others while holding healthy boundaries.

When these qualities are embodied and anchored into our lives, we become solid and unshakable. Things of this world do not affect us as they once did, and we are able to stand firm amongst the chaos, like a mountain unmoved by the storms of life.  We begin to healthfully relate to ourselves, and thus, our community. And our sense of wholeness, of True Holiness, is awakened within All.
